Our next ‘in-person’ Visiting Music Teacher CPD Day takes place at Stage Left, Paignton TQ3 3HF on Monday, 6 June 2022. As well as updates from the Hub team, our practical sessions will include:
‘Being a Social Musician’ with Hugh Nankivell
Hugh Nankivell is based in Torquay and is one of the BSO’s (Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra) Music Associates. Throughout his career he has gained vast experience and knowledge of working as a Social Musician.
‘Introduction to Kodaly Method’ with Rebecca Willson
Rebecca Willson is a freelance musician and teacher and is the regional coordinator for the British Kodály Academy.
‘Making Sense of Autism’ with Paul Lamana
Paul Lamanna – Professional Lead for the Communication & Interaction Team with Babcock LDP and leads regional Autism Education Trust (AET) training programmes.
These events are FREE to attend for Visiting Music Teachers working in Torbay and Devon with lunch and refreshments provided.
