This Zoom training event is part of SoundWaves Network SW three-year Youth Music funded programme. Hosted by Take Art inpartnership with Devon & Torbay MEHs and Plymouth MEH.
Led by Jane Parker (Take Art), Charlotte Gibbs (Devon & Torbay MEHs), Jude Cummins and Hannah-Jasmine Brunskill (Plymouth MEH) this interactive and practical session will support participants to:
- Gain skills in developing very young children’s musicality through appropriate rhymes and simple songs
- Watch and discuss short films of young children’s spontaneous music making and reflect on the role of the adult
- Access the latest theoretical information to support and enrich your practice
