Join Devon & Torbay Music Education Hubs for Summer Sounds 2023, a series of interactive live music events for primary and special schools. Each performance will feature inspiring live music performed by professional musicians from the Royal Marines Band Service, our host secondary schools and other Hub partner organisations, as well as plenty of opportunities to take part, ask questions and learn all about the music you hear.
All participating schools will also have the opportunity be part of our ‘Big Sing’ led by expert vocal practitioners – we will share all of the learning resources you need to prepare for this ahead of the event. So, bring your best singing voices, loads of enthusiasm and join in the fun!

These events are primarily aimed at KS2 but participating schools are welcome to bring younger pupils if they feel this is appropriate. Schools will be asked for a contribution of £50 per school towards the cost of this event, which is subsidised using Hub funding by Arts Council England and the Department for Education.
