Devon and Torbay Music Education Hubs are delighted to be working in partnership with Live Music Now to provide a fun and inspiring workshop musicians with Back Chat Brass. Join us at King Edward VI Community College, Totnes TQ9 5JX on Sunday 15 October from 2-5.30pm.
This event is aimed at young musicians that play any brass, woodwind or percussion instrument. No graded music exams need to have been taken but we suggest that you are working at Grade 3 level of ability or higher.
On the day, you will get to hear Back Chat Brass perform before becoming part of the band to perform some tracks from the Back Chat Play educational resources, supported by professional musicians and members of the Hub team. At the end of the afternoon, parents/carers and supporters and invited to join us for a short performance.
This is a FREE event supported by Live Music Now and Devon and Torbay Music Education Hubs, but advance booking is essential. Hub staff with DBS checks, appropriate child protection and First Aid training, will take pastoral responsibility for any children and young people attending on an individual basis.
