Linus Fenton

I’m a professional bass guitar/double bass player based in Ashburton, Devon. I have extensive touring and recording experience with pop/rock artists such as Declan Mckenna, Jade Bird and Ward Thomas. I graduated in 2017 from Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama with first class honours in Jazz Electric/Double Bass. Here I was awarded the Ernest & Doris Haigh Memorial Prize for excellence, achievment and commitment to studies. I assisted the running of the Jazz department of RWCMD’s Junior Conservatoire programme, leading group sessions and accompanying the students in classes and performances. I have been teaching bass guitar, double bass and electric guitar privately for 8 years. Between 2021 and 2023, I worked as a freelancer for music education company, Charanga, providing support for app building, testing and various musical learning-related tasks.
