Amanda Wood

I am an experienced musician, having played both flute and piano from a young age. I hold a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree, and I am a qualified secondary school music teacher with over 10 years’ experience teaching within the school curriculum, alongside providing private tuition. With a particular focus on instrumental teaching, I hold Grade 8 in both flute and piano. I have worked with students of a range of ages and abilities, supporting their musical development and confidence. In addition to classroom teaching, I have led flute choirs within school settings, giving students the opportunity to play as part of an ensemble and take part in performances.
