Cian O’Brien

I have over twenty years of experience playing bass in a variety of different styles and settings. Most recently I have been working on the P&O Fleet as a member of sight reading party bands. This has involved playing many styles from jazz and ballroom to themed nights such as Seventies, Eighties, Rock, and Motown. I have also performed in the orchestra backing guest entertainers and cabaret acts and am currently playing numerous shows on the UK tours of The Magic of Motown, The Diana Ross Story and Give Me The Night – A Tribute To George Benson. I have taught guitar, bass, and ukulele for over 20 years, teaching students of all ages and levels from absolute beginners to degree level players seeking guidance on more advanced concepts.
